TEMASEK FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL SPECIALISTS’ COMMUNITY ACTION & LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE PROGRAM or TFI-SCALE is a student leadership exchange program supported by Temasek Foundation, Singapore. The program includes a 2-week inbound program in Singapore and a 2-week outbound program in Thailand. Under this TFI-SCALE Program, the students from the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University, and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) join the program to promote cross-cultural sharing and holistic learning and to develop a better appreciation of economic, socio-political and cultural diversity of countries in Southeast Asia. The program also aims to promote friendship and collaboration among youth leaders from the ASEAN countries.

The TFSCALE Program 2024 is now open to second to fourth-year undergraduate students of the Faculty of Agro-Industry.
