Department of Product Development, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University is the first place to teach the subject of “Shelf life evaluation of agro-industrial product” since 1997. In addition, training and research related to the shelf life evaluation for the government and private sectors are also carried out for example Codex standard or shelf life dating. Consultant related to the shelf life extension is also provided.
